Superb.. the classes, the help and the advice have been essential in keeping me fit, flexible and mentally healthy over the past 9 years !
There is great energy in the room and I am always motivated to keep going. I always leave more energised than when I went in and a lot happier too.
I started doing yoga in 2015 and quickly fell in love with different types. Over the years I have taken a few breaks, but always returned. It is the only form of movement exercise I stuck with. For me, it offers the right balance of concentration, inner focus, breath work, strength & cardio! Every time I arrive in studio, I’m glad I came for ‘ME’ time and always feel re-energised after.
I didn’t know it would be such a game changer. Originally I was looking for something different as an exercise. I got much more than I bargained for. The practice of course has led to physical changes but it has given me more than that. Through breathing and movement, keeping the mind clear and breath calm, it has given me the fortitude to deal with things off my mat. That’s the power of yoga.
Can I just say I’m really enjoying the classes. Yes it’s hot but the feeling I get after class is very energising so I’m sticking at it. And the instructors are wonderful!
